When you submit the contact form or email Varonex, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, and inquiry. We use it to respond, discuss requested services, and maintain related business records. We do not sell inquiry details.

Service providers

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and may process technical request information for those purposes. If secure online contact is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps screen submissions and Cloudflare Email Service may deliver them. The contact form sends your inquiry when you select Send inquiry. If online delivery is unavailable, you may contact us by email.

AI assistant

When you send a question to the AI assistant, your question and recent messages from the current conversation are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a reply. Varonex does not store chat transcripts in a database. Conversation history is held in the page while it is open and is cleared on reload. If you choose to carry a chat or assessment summary to the contact form, it is temporarily stored in your browser tab session. You can review, edit or discard it before submission. It is sent to Varonex only when you submit the contact form. Technical service logs may be processed by Cloudflare. Do not submit confidential information. AI replies may be inaccurate and do not establish a quote or agreement.

Live preview and measurement

The live inquiry preview sends the fictional text you enter to Cloudflare Workers AI. We do not store preview inputs or outputs in a database. We also collect daily aggregate counts of page views, service links, assessment completions, preview requests, chat openings and confirmed inquiry deliveries. These counts do not contain names, email addresses, message text, IP addresses or visitor identifiers. We do not use analytics cookies or track individual journeys. Browser measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control where supplied. Cloudflare may process technical request information to provide security and hosting.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information only as needed for legitimate business communication and recordkeeping. Internet transmissions carry inherent risks; we use reasonable safeguards and limit administrative access.
